Solgun is a wallet-connected skill-based PvP game on Solana. Because blockchain activity is public by design, some activity connected to your wallet may be visible on public networks independently of Solgun.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the game, secure the service, improve the experience, and comply with platform or legal requirements.

• Wallet information: public wallet address, connection state, signature verification status, and session identifiers.
• Profile information: username, selected avatar, loadout, progression, gameplay preferences, and display settings.
• Gameplay information: matchmaking state, battle actions, match results, Side Ops activity, XP, achievements, and game history.
• On-chain information: public transaction signatures, escrow interactions, token transfers, and other Solana network data needed to verify gameplay outcomes.
• Technical information: device type, browser, operating system, IP-derived security signals, timestamps, error logs, rate-limit events, and performance telemetry.
• Analytics information: page views, traffic source, referral source, CTA interactions, funnel events, and aggregate product analytics.
• Support and security communications: information you voluntarily send when contacting us about support, security, or account issues.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your wallet seed phrase or private keys.
• We do not ask you to share custody of your wallet.
• We do not store payment card information.
• We do not intentionally collect information from minors.

Never share your seed phrase, private key, or wallet recovery words with anyone claiming to represent Solgun.

How We Use Information

• Operate wallet connection, authentication, matchmaking, gameplay, escrow verification, and player progression.
• Detect abuse, fraud, bots, rate-limit bypasses, security incidents, and attempts to manipulate game outcomes.
• Provide support, resolve disputes, investigate failed transactions, and maintain player safety.
• Analyze performance, conversion funnels, feature usage, and product quality.
• Improve content, onboarding, game balance, and user experience.
• Comply with platform review requirements, legal obligations, and responsible gaming commitments.

Wallets, Signatures, and Blockchain Data

When you connect a wallet, Solgun may ask you to sign a message to verify ownership of that wallet. This signature does not transfer funds and is used only to confirm that you control the connected wallet.

Transactions submitted to Solana are public and may be indexed by explorers, validators, RPC providers, analytics tools, and other third parties. Solgun cannot delete or modify public blockchain records.

Cookies and Local Storage

Solgun uses browser storage to keep the app stable between sessions. This may include wallet consent, session state, settings, selected bet preferences, loadout cache, onboarding state, and analytics session identifiers.

Clearing browser storage or disconnecting your wallet may remove local session data and require you to reconnect or re-authenticate.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers and infrastructure partners when needed to operate the game.

• Hosting, analytics, performance, and security providers.
• Wallet, blockchain, RPC, and transaction infrastructure providers.
• Support or moderation providers used to respond to player issues.

• You may clear browser storage to remove local app state.
• You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information that is not required for security, compliance, dispute resolution, or blockchain verification.
• You may stop using Solgun at any time.
